SlimPay appoints Nandi Dossou as VP Customer Success

SlimPay, the leading payment solution for the subscription economy, has appointed Nandi Dossou as Vice President of Customer Success. Dossou brings to SlimPay her extensive experience in customer relations and team management following a leadership role at LinkedIn. With this new key appointment, the scale-up reaffirms its development strategy centered on customer engagement and international growth.
Placing the customer at the heart of SlimPay’s strategy
Dossou’s mission will be to prioritize and structure customer interactions, putting the customer at the center of the company’s growth strategy. She reports directly to Jérôme Traisnel, CEO and founder SlimPay.

Dossou has previously contributed to customer success at FacSet Research Systems and Rimes Technologies for 5 and 3 years, respectively, before joining Linkedin, where she worked for 4 years as the head of the French Customer Success team.
With more than 12 years of experience under her belt, Dossou is a true specialist in customer relations. In recent years, she has focused on building an irreproachable customer relationship by being the preferred contact for her clients, responding to their needs and relying on the expertise of her teams. Dossou holds a master’s degree in management sciences from Aix-Marseille II University and a master’s degree in banking finance insurance from Paris Nanterre University.
